Happy camper thus far

Though I haven't received the product yet (just ordered yesterday), I am so far quite happy with this website. After trying a few others and giving up, I learned of Canvas on Demand. Good sale prices and very user-friendly! Delivery time expected to be quick.

no response from customer service

I'm trying to cancel the order and can't get anyone from customer service to respond. When I follow the directions on their website, I get an automated message to do exactly what I did.

Disappointed in frame selection

It as very good and I have order from you in the past.
I was very disappointed in the fact that I could not get a nicer frame. I loved the ornate frame option you had in the past. I did not get any frame because of the limited selections.

So Much For So Little!

So much easier to deal with Canvas On Demand (and less expensive) than other sites I visited, including one "Big Box" store that shall remain nameless. So glad I found you, that I doubled my order, and it was still cheaper than other suppliers I looked at.

My New Apt.

My new Apt. has a 15-ft wall empty of anything. So at 80 years old, I have begun a collection of Canvas on Demand pictures of my two children and two grandchildren that have been taken over the years. The pictures are lovely. Anytime I want to see my family, I just look at the wall.

If you ask for a reply to an email then be responsive!

I placed an order 9/14/2022 and on 9/15/2022 they said they were holding my order up because they had an issue. They never told me what the issue was. Not in an email or a phone call. Maybe they should be more responsive if they have an issue with orders. Still waiting for a reply. Monday the 19th I’ll be asking for a refund and I’ll go to someone else.

Quality, Selection and Ease of ordering!

It’s easy to start with price because they are unbeatable when you consider the ease of the site and the selection of products! Rarely do you get not only a fully backed canvas but the built-in hangers make sure to no brainer from start to finish!

I recently ordered three canvases, my wedding is in three weeks. I worried that my canvases will not arrive on time. Can I rush my order now?

Hi: Placed an order this morning for a 36X24 canvas print. No where does the order say when it will be complete. Please advise.

I recommend cancelling before your order is filled! I have spent over $200 on canvases on CanvasOnDemand that turned out very poorly and I wish I knew how bad there prints and services was going to be so I could have stopped the order before it was shipped. Cancel quick and order elsewhere!

They're return policy is to not respond. I have sent multiple emails and on-site questions and have received zero responses besides the automated confirmation email about receiving my question emails.
